Abstract

The state of knowledge of local development is characterized by the inclusion of economic, political, social and psychological dimensions in which relations between demands and resources, opportunities and capacities stand out, but if we introduce the variable of migration, inter and multiculturalism,Then we see an order centered on a dominant culture with respect to migrant flows. In this sense, a documentary study was carried out with a selection of sources indexed to Latin American leading repositories, considering the key words of development, entrepreneurship, innovation, community and culture, it was possible to appreciate that there is a prevalence of values and norms
of Attachment to the place, but also of the habitus of entrepreneurship learned during the migration with repercussion on local development. Lines of research concerning multiculturalism and interculturalism are symptoms of endogenous development.
